  I would be a bigger fan if they hired more kitchen staff because food takes way too long; no matter the time of day.  The new manager is working hard to correct issues and placate dissatisfied customers.  The food is good and prices for lunch specials affordable.  I try to go weekly and early in the day.  So, I would say, be patient and enjoy your wait because food will be good.  Their chocolate fudge sundae is Fabulously huge!  Also, there's a rewards app!

  My family and I just recently moved into the neighbor hood and discovered this little gem. The wait staff is super friendly and helpful, and the food is fantastic! So far, my favorites on the menu are the wings, and fish and chips. My fiancé always raves about the steaks though.
  In addition the the dining experience, I must also mention the arcade!!! Having a sports obsessed 12 yr old in the house, we can not only enjoy a night out as a family, but he can rack up some practice shooting hoops!

  Gross & terrible: never again. Kids steak tips burnt and tasted/felt like all charcoal. 1 and done

  I have taken my son here a few times to eat and it was alright. Not terrible but nothing special in my opinion. The staff has been nice whenever I have went and they have an arcade which my son absolutely loves. I mean, what almost 10 year old boy doesn't love food combined with a bunch of video games?
  
  The food is on the bland side and my steak never comes out cooked correctly. The servers are more than happy to have it re-fired for you but if you are eating at a steakhouse that probably shouldn't have to be something you encounter almost every time you go.

  Ok so I'm  a fair person...had a horrible carryout experience but after complaining the owner delivered as promised. My husband and I returned and had a great meal. The scallops were the biggest I've ever had and my husband's rotisserie chicken was seasoned really well. Both the ceasar and american side salad's were huge and tasty!
  
  Oddly, I given this restaurant 3 chances on steak and just don't enjoy it. However, there are many non-steak items that are really delicious. Not to mention, we received excellent service from Miquel, the waiter, and the hostess(didn't get his name).
  
  Also, there is a family fun center attached to this place so it is a great place for family with games.
